The initial appointment is offered at a special low cost and you are not under obligation to book additional sessions. The initial meeting offers us the opportunity to explore how we can work together.
You do not have to pay in advance or commit to a block of sessions. If, after several sessions, you decide to end counselling you can do so. Indeed, you can cancel a session at any time.
All sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable consulting room that I designed myself for the purpose of this work. The consulting room is carefully arranged to provide privacy, and is guaranteed to be free of interruptions.
As soon as we have agreed the initial appointment, you will receive a confirmation email which will also provide you with the address of the practice and travel advice.
Coronavirus Update March 2020
In keeping with government guidelines, all counselling sessions are now carried out remotely. If you would like to access my counselling services, you are welcome to contact me and we can discuss practicalities. But for the next three months, perhaps even longer, sessions will be conducted entirely by phone or skype. If you have any questions or would like to discuss accessing my services, do feel free to contact me by email or phone.
Coronavirus Update May 2020
At the time of writing, the government have revealed their plan for coming out of lockdown. Some minor restrictions have been lifted. However, it is too soon to return to face-to-face counselling sessions. Therefore, all sessions will continue on a remote basis via phone or Skype for at least till August 2020, perhaps longer.
